Kathleen Kane, SNS, is a former award-winning School Nutrition Director with more than 34 years of experience. Throughout her career, she worked with hundreds of dedicated school nutrition staff, fostering a deep respect for those who feed kids. Inspired by her passion to help bring recognition to these exceptional employees, she established Kane Consulting to share her expertise and drive positive change in school nutrition. Today, she provides consulting services to schools, organizations and businesses. Kathy founded School Meals Matter to offer support and affordable tools, resources and training for all school nutrition staff, from the Dishwasher to the Director, because it takes everyone's talents to succeed.
